I see that you have purchased the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription)
Please provide the screenshot of the AVG user interface, hence it will be easy for us to provide steps for activation.

I just upgraded my service with AVG and received an email explaining how to activate but cannot find the "Connect" button.  Can you check if I am activated.
