Upgraded and Invoiced but PC's not updating

We request you to uninstall all the other AVG product installed in your pc using the remover tool and then reinstall AVG Protection in your second pc to get your issue fixed.

And accept the license agreement and then choose the AVG product you wish to remove from your pc and then remove it and then restart your pc.

AVG Prem Security 2yr cover expired earlier this month.  Upgraded to AVG 2yr Pro.  Have done the software upgrades but only the first PC I have updated has got 100% cover with partial privacy and identity.  The other PC and laptops will not even attempt to refresh/sync/upgrade etc.

Any ideas…?

Note: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
