I had the free version for a couple of weeks and have just upgraded to the paid one. I entered the 18 digit code in but it still says Im on the free/basic one. Ive tried deleting it but it wont let me and its just trying to update but taking forever<br>Any ideas as Im sick of this and wish I`d never even downloaded this.
