I have installed AVG in my mobile Samsung J& max and in order to avoid advertisements and full facilities, I have upgraded to PRO version from my mobile NO 9447672807 by paying using Credit card. But even after one week no change is seen and it is still asking for upgrade, Please look into the matter. My email-id is arimbrapradeep@gmAIL.COM

I apologize for the inconvenience. I would request you to uninstall AVG Antivirus pro and then reinstall it to fix the issue.
1. Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG Anti-virus.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on the drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app and select Login option.
8. Enter your My Account email address and password.
Now, the AVG Anti-virus will upgrade to PRO within few minutes.
