Upgraded to Zen Ultimate and older AVG does not recognize

We realize it is annoying when you receive expiry notification emails even after upgraded to AVG Ultimate.
We checked with your account. Your AVG Ultimate program is valid till  2016.11.24.
Since you have upgraded and installed your AVG Ultimate, please ignore these emails.
Please let us know if you have any expiry notification in your AVG Ultimate program.

I've been using what used to be the top of the line AVG protection for years. Instead of the automatic renewal, I cancelled that and upgraded (by phone) to the new Ultimate Zen for one year.  The older AVG continues constantly to email me saying my AVG has expired, and I'm not protected, etc., wanting me to renew.  I do not want to unsubscribe, as I want to be subscribed to my Zen account, so how do I get the word back to those sending me 'expiry' warnings, and hounding me to sign up again?
