Upgrades or downgrades, who knows?

You (AVG) sent me this below, I do have a 2 year subscription!

"Thank you for upgrading to AVG Protection multidevice (2 years subscription)! We’ve attached a PDF of our End User License Agreement for your information. Please keep it safe for future reference."

I guess the upgrade is for unlimited devices, I have or had 3.

When I go to the website, I see I now have only a 1 year subscription, what gives?

"Your subscription has been upgraded to AVG Protection PRO

Your subscription will now expire on December 12, 2016"

Please correct whatever you need to!
