Hello Joan. You have already been using AVG Internet Security whose license expires in 27th April 2015. You would have installed the new AVG Ultimate program along with the existing AVG Internet Security program in your computer. That's the reason you are getting that expiry message. I would request you to uninstall both the old and new AVG program from your computer and restart your PC once.

Hi. After upgrading my AVG IS 2013 installation to Ultimate, in my account appears "Your subscription has been upgraded to AVG Ultimate. We've added an additional year to your current subscription. Your subscription will now expire on April 27, 2016"

I must reinstall? i'll be unprotected after april 27?
