I'm trying to upgrade Windows 10 to the 1903 version. It stalled when it found AVG Antivirus and advice came up to uninstall that, so I did so. Even afer restarting my computer, Windows 10 still thinks I've got AVG Antivirus on it. What do I do to fix this, please?
