Upload app via FTP (80mb) for whitelisting on macOS

Hello Roman,

We have replied to your post in Social Media (ticket number 08547291).

Our app has been marked as malware by your Android antivirus, and I'm trying to upload zip file to your whitelisting process via ftp.
I follow the guide for doing manually via this guide, as it's 81mb compressed, but I cannot connect (giving me this error: "550 /incoming: Permission denied").

I am on macOs Mojave and tried both local ftp and Filezilla.
Would appreciate any help
