Uploading files from handidrive, accessing my new website

May I know which AVG product are you using? If you are using AVG Internet Security, we'd request you to disable individual components in AVG Internet Security to narrow down which component is blocking the upload.

I cant upload files to my computer from my handidrives, and cant get to my new website. Is the problem the firewall?
