It is not recommended to put all the programs into sleep mode. Some programs may works in background and it may slow or affects its main functionality.
Please wake all the programs from AVG PC Tuneup -> Speed Up -> Disable startup/ background programs -> remove all the programs from sleep mode and then choose "Ignore" option.

after running a maintainace it has put so many programmes to sleep and now I am unable to upload any pictures, how to I wake up my photos app
