Hi Luis.
We're here to help.
This could be due to older version of AVG PC TuneUp still installed on your PC.
We have to uninstall it to install and activate latest version of AVG TuneUp. I have sent an email containing instructions to resolve the issue.
Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

I have gone through the step to downloading , "installation shows complete , your apps are now ready to go!    AVG TuneUp Faild 
I have tried 2 other ways to install it. still fails. Any advice ?
