URGENT:  Need AVG Support to contact me…or someone that can make the necessary corrections to my account.  Thanks.

 Problem:  Had wanted AVG Ultimate/or the like, but got some unrecognizable software after paying $79 AUD.  I believe that AVG Ultimate is a more universal product and I have been happy with it…

Need to speak with support to be comfortable with any corrections and solution provided.
