I have experienced a massive data loss on my Samsung phone after using the AVG Cleaner app. Almost all of my important documents and photos have been deleted without my permission. I wasn’t aware what was deleted.
- is there any folder with temporay storage or backups that could help me restore my data?
- are there any specific technical steps or internal tools you can provide to undo the last cleaning process?
The data is of high importance, personal and professional documents. I would appreciate any technial assistance you can provide to recover these files.
