URGENT: Please how do I stop receiving SMS from AVG?

I receive messages every time my phone is just switched on or just coming from flight mood or if my Sim is replaced. The message is as follows: "your Marvellöus phone SIM card has been replaced". I receive this message about 10 times a day and the big problem is my network provider charges me for this service. 

I called in my network provider but they couldn't rectify thus problem. Please I need this problem rectified as urgent as possible.
