It seems if I can't insert a screen shot it makes it difficult for you to assist me.
I am able to take the screenshot and name it but when it comes to inserting it I end up with a small box with a cross on it in the "ask a question box (which I am unable to open, so I assume you can't either)" . I don't know what to put in the URL request, so I can insert the screenshot.

Julie, Just to clarify.. In the topic where you want to post a screenshot.. For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
