In the meantime, please try to submit a false positive request through different browser.
I had a URL:Blacklist error flagged on a website I've been using for a couple of years without problems, www.websudoku.com. I tried to post this on the False Positive File form, but this returned:
The form cannot be sent
An internal error occurred while sending the form.
Please try to send the form again later.
The original AVG warning was in the screenshot attached.

Sadly I cannot submit a false positive report - the "Form cannot be sent" message occurs in Opera, Chrome and Edge, and the site doesn't load at all in Firefox. Image is posted here:

Please remove cookies from the browser and try again.
Make sure you are selecting 'URL' while submitting the false positive.
Meanwhile, you can add the URL to AVG exceptions at your own risk.
