I am seeing this AVG "Threat secured" alert multiple times a day, even when not using a web browser.
Details shown in AVG popup:
-----------
Threat secured.
We've safely aborted connection on t1.symbcb.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist
Threat name: URL:Blacklist
URL: http://t1.symbcb.com/ThawtePCA.crl
Process: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe
Detected by: Web Shield
Status: Blocked
---------------
What can I do to stop this, please?
Hi, Veeramani. Thank you for your response.
I saw the same popup appear again upon simply booting the computer the next day, without any browser windows open. I updated AVG and have not seen the issue in the past couple of days.
I'll be sure to post back if I see that message again.
Thanks again.
