Hi Bala,
So far only that link would trigger the AVG threat popup. It is a link for me to download a file like a dropbox.
Other browser doesn't seem to give me the problem.
Is there a way to resolve it in Chrome because that's my default browser.
Hi AVG team,
I have a link which I trust and don't have issue with some PCs. However on another PC, it shows a pop up that threat is detected.
Is that PC infected by malware/virus? Could you please let me know what is going on and how to resolve it?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Raymond, could you confirm when does this popup appear?
Is it only when you visit https://entels website or randomly appearing for any websites that you access via Chrome browser?
Could you also check whether the threat detection popup appears when the website access is done through another browser?
Raymond, if it is happening only on chrome browser, then please reset the browser and check the status.
Please make sure that you take backup of your passwords and bookmarks saved on Chrome browser.
Hi Rakshith,
screenshot attached
Actually the link I have doesn't have "uksouth1-mediap.svc.ms".So I am not sure why and wondering if any malicious app is re-directing to other website.
The actual address should starts from "https://entels…"
Thank you for the screenshot, Raymond
