URL:MAL on Equifax Website?

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access that websites with enabled AVG Internet Security. If the issue still persists then please disable AVG Online Shield (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components) and check if you can access the website.

I am trying to register for the Equifax protection (https://trustedidpremier.com/eligibility/eligibility.html), and AVG keeps disconnecting the connection saying URL:MAL.  I was able to access the site on Monday without any problems, however on Tuesday that was not the case.  Please help! What is going on? I have tried deleting both temp and %temp% to no avail and I have the most up to date virus definitions.
