Do you have any update from Analysis team? AVG still marke URL mail.eafreemail.com as a phishing site. Hope you can whitelist this domain because others such as OpenPhish, OpenDNS are unblocked this domain after they incorrectly identified a phishing URL.

I haver filled the form for false-positive, but the issue is stil happening. Could you check what is the problem caused?

Hi AVG team,
I have a link (https://mail.eafreemail.com) which I trust and some PC shows a pop up that threat is detected.
I am looking for the way to require whitelist this matter but I couldn't find in AVG. Could you please let me know what is going on and how to resolve it?

Thanks for your keep in touch, right now AVG still block my domain. Not sure how may I reach the support directly? Appreciate that you could provide direct contact support to check this case.

Our pleasure, Chanrith. Upon checking the request, it seems that the concerned team is still investigating on it. You'd receive an email at the earliest. Meanwhile, you can update the virus definitions on your computer & restart your computer once to check.

It seems to be a false positive. To check this, we'd suggest you to submit a false positive request.
Once you submit a request, a group of analysts wil review the website & whitelist it, if it is found to be safe or goes through the clean notes of AVG.
