I'm having same issue. Why did I buy your software for the first time this year? I should have stuck with the brand I had last year. Used it for several years… never had a problem.
This is the second problem I've had with you product. The last issue would not let my computer boot up. Your developers and programmers probably make three to four times as much income as I do. Your product is dangerous and your developers/programmers are obviously over paid for the quality of the work they perform! Sloppy programing! Shame on them!
Hello Sam,
We are aware of this threat detection from AVG and it is reported as bug.
We have already reported this to our developers and they are working on a fix. Once a fix is found, it will be resolved via next AVG update.
For now, you can disable AVG temporarily and then try to access Yahoo mail.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and use the slider to "Disable Protection".
Your patience is much appreciated.
Rocko, we're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
What is the current status of your computer and did you re install AVG? As a paid customer, you are entitled for free technical support for issue related to AVG. You can reach our technical support team (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and they'd be glad to help you.
