For the last couple of days I frequently get a "URL:TechScam" alert telling me a connection was aborted to www.ci.lacey.wa.us site.

AVG IS INFECTED!  I have used this site for 15 years and all of a sudden you people block it.  Please tell me what to do to get this fixed.  ASAP.  I need to pay my bill!
