I called the "USA and Canadian" customer service number. It is a cruel joke. They do not speak American/Canadian English. Their language is so heavily accented toward their native country; e.g. India, Philippines; and they are in call centers that are filled with so much background noise (other people talking) that no matter how good their English might be, it is impossible to carry on a conversation. Anyone else have this experience and do you know a way to get to customer service in the USA or Canada?
