USB 3.0 is not responding after tune up

Thanks for the article.  But it does not address my issue at all.   The only problem is that all my USB 3.0 devices are slow transferring to and from my laptop after running AVG tune up.

Hi Brian,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

AVG performance and tune up have slowed my USB 3.0 ports to minimal transfer speeds.    They were working fine before installing Both AVG antivirus and Tune up
