Are you having issue with USB ports in your laptop ?
If so, then this issue may be  due to USB driver or other issue related to laptop .

AVG PC Tune up fix problems does not search and fix unresponsive USB plugs. Funny but the left two stop working from time to time and I have to reactivate them but the two on the right i never have any problems with. I have an HP EliteBook. It would be nice if AVG could search for USB plugs and determine whether they are working or not and activate them if they have stopped working.
