A couple months ago I paid for a years subscription of AVG. Soon after that my computer crashed and I changed computers to a different computer that I owned. I wanted to install AVG on this computer and us my subscription that I paid for. I went to the chat area and they ask me to wait for a call to which I did. A person name Steve who does not speak good english at all wanted to take control of my computer to do the installation , I allowed this . After going here and there on my computer your agent told me that I must purchase a secure Network for 150.00 in order to install the AVG. I did not have a secure network when I purchased and installed it on my other computer , I would be willing to bit if I tried to install and pay for it on this computer , it would not decline the payment. I either need my subscription honored on this new computer or I want my money back.
