Hello, I have just taken out a 1 year subscription with AVG VPN Secure product and everytime I try to log in, and switch the VPN on, it comes up asking for a 'Voucher Number', then it states 'Activation invalid', I try the invoice number, payment reference number and nothing works! What is going on and how can it be so difficult to sync devices and actually use this product?! Thanks

It shouldn't happen in Windows device since you have bought AVG Secure VPN for Windows PC alone. Also, it will not ask for any Voucher code to activate the product. Please follow the below steps to install AVG Secure VPN on your Windows device.
Click here to download AVG Secure VPN from the AVG website.
Run the downloaded setup file, and if prompted by the User Account Control, confirm permission to begin the installation process.
Select your language and click OK, then click Next to continue.
Tick I accept the agreement to confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of the License Agreement, then click Next.
Click Browse… if you want to change the default installation folder, then click Next.
Click Install.
Click Finish.
