Used AVG Tune up trial antivirus and external hard drive

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Could you please explain what are the functions t hat you performed using AVG PC TuneUp?
Have you lost the files on your Hard Drive after PC TuneUp deleting  the files that are found on the scan?

I recently downloaded the free trial of Pro and the Tuneup corrupted my 2TB external hard drive. There is no way I can find to restore this. Have you any ideas?
