Hi I hope you are having a wonderful day.
I have 5 licenses of AVG Internet Security and it is time for me to renew. This 5 licenses are for me and my family.
Now that it is time to renew I saw you have new products, so I browsed all over your website but I don't understand very well the difference. All I was able to understand is that my renewal costs around $160 dlls and you have AVG Ultimate that costs almost half and not only all my family is covered but also all my devices and it includes AVG Protection, AVG Performance and AVG Privacy fix.
I've been chatting for more than an hour with two reps and I called your sales department and amazingly they cannot help me, all they say is that I should read the website, I even asked one rep to help me decide if my current subscription was good for me or I should change product and without even ask me anything about my needs she just said, Renew and I'll give you 15% discount…never thought this was going to happen with you guys.
Anyway can you please tell me if I should move to AVG Ultimate or if there's a difference between AVG Ultimate and Internet Security so I can make an informed decision.
