User Account Control Asking to Approve Fake Flash Updater

Hi David,
I recommend start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
In order to analyze it please provide us with GMER and AVG scan result export.
Thanks

This doesn't happen when going to a Website.  These are just constant UAC dialogs even when nothing is running.  Also, the publisher is listed as "unknown" vs. the fake attacks associated with Websites where the publisher appears to be hacked to say Adobe.

I updated to 2015 and it found Win32…, which 2013 did not.  I am waiting to see if that was the issue or if some other trojan that was caught will solve the issue. As of now, there are no UAC dialogs on the computer, but sometimes it does take a while for them to appear.  Again, hitting "no" just triggers another dialog to appear.

I am running Windows 7 and AVG Free 2013 (OK, I know I should upgrade but I am running  the latest updates).  I get numerous dialog boxes (shield icon in the lower bar from User Account Control) asking to approve an update for Flash. The publisher is listed as unknown and there are anywhere from 4-8 requests at any one time. The name of the file changes everytime.  If you click no, another dialog box just pops up.  I have run a scan and a rootkit scan and it finds some things, I do a remove all, and sometimes a reboot…But, the dialog boxes keep coming back. Not sure what to do next???
