I receive an answer for my user interface not opening on a question filed 7-15-20. I followed the instructions and cleared the old AVG free app. I Downloaded the recommended new free version per instructions and it completed the download but on step 3 of the instructions I do not get the pop up "click to continue to run a scan. I can also see the download and click run as administrator and the UI still will not open. This is a new computer with windows 10, There is pre installed Mcafee anti virus prompts to install which I have not done, Could this or microsoft defender be blocking the UI? I did have AVG free working before and something corrupted it where the UI will not open
