Upon checking the provided link, we see that Adult Filter doesn't block VPN usage.
Secure VPN runs on ports 553 UDP and 443 TCP. Would you be so kind to let us know if you're looking to know whether these filters block VPN usage?

Can AVG VPN be directed through a family-friendly IP to keep out of sites with explicit content?

For example, using either the Family Filter or Adult Filter IPs listed in this link:
