Using ChromeCast with my AVG Browser

SECOND REQUEST:
I cannot find how to ChromeCast a video stream accessed on my AVG Browser from my laptop to my big TV screen.  Netflix works perfectly from my PC to the YV screen, so all the hardware is there and working, but I cannot find how to cast from the AVG Browser - can't find the ChromeCast icon in lower right of screen, nor find anything helpful under utilities.  Please help!

We will help you to resolve the issue.
Please open the AVG Secure Browser and go to settings. Then proceed to AVG "Security and privacy center" check if VPN is enabled.
If it is enabled, please turn off the VPN and check for the issue again.

I did as you instructed, but found that AVG Secure VPN is not currently installed - I'm invited to a "FREE DOWNLOAD".  Should I download it and then turn it off?  Doesn't seem logical.
And I went back to a YouTube page using the AVG Browser, but still couldn't find the ChromeCast icon or any other instruction for casting.
Please keep the dialogue up!
