Using Send Command feature in My.avg.com

After downloading and upgrade my avg antivirus for android to Pro version, can't really use the send command funtion. Was playing around  and decided to try Send Command Funtion from My.ang.com. Keep saying unable to connect with the device. No problem with the Locate button though. Any advice?
