From when did the option disappear from the context menu?

When dleting an email on MS Outlook I right click and the menu shows the AVG Shreder, this has dissapeared. Can anyone help retrieve it please? AVG Technical services do not seem to know the product.

The shredder disappeared today 03/02/2021 up to now it has been working ok.
It does not appear in drop down menu now on both my desktop or laptop.
I have turned it on in the AVG menu but this makes no difference.
Nothing else has changed as far as I can tell.
It is a very usful feature.

I ahve checked that the latest version is installed and carried out a repair. This has not cahnged the situation.
The shredder should appear in the Windows Context menu but does not appear to be there.
My MS Office suite is 2010 were I use Outlook for email system. It did work a day ago so I am not sure what has changed.

It did not answer the question, why is the Data Shredder not appearing in the drop dowm menu in Outlook.
