Utter confusion as to why repeat billing yet products do not work

Regarding the issues with the AVG Driver Updater program, could you please confirm whether you are facing the issues with the Window's update part? If so please try to manually update your Windows through the control panel and check whether the updates get completed successfully. If not please contact Microsoft support so that they could analyze the issue with the updates.

I am totally confused by AVG and the fact that AVG has taken repeat payment from my bank for products which I had already purchased ?.. so why have I paid twice… Also related to this I also paid for a AVG expert to have remote access to my computer so he could set up AVG Ultimate and while doing so he deleted many files, including valuable photos which I could not replace… However although at the time everything appeared to be functional, several functions did not work, ie: PC Tuneup has never completed a maintenance check, it always continues to search but goes not further?.. there are other issues also.
Further to this at a later date I also paid for a 2 year subscription of AVG Driver Updater, this seems to also search for ever and gets nowhere ? yet it did at some stage say I had a number of ourdated drivers.?.. 
NOW just a few days ago AVG took payment for PC TuneUP again, which was not due for renewal, and also it is an integral part of AVG Ultimate ? so why did this happen ??.. I have tried calling a number of listed phone numbers for AVG support in UK but non are recognized…I am a pensioner and cannot afford to be paying for a service which is simply not providing the service its supposed to …PLEASE PLEASE HELP = John Parry
