After waiting for 40 minutes on the chat line I have given up and now pose this question.
Hello I have been subscribed to a variety of AVG products over the years and find it confusing. It seems that the nortons 360 or 360 deluxe do all that the AVG product does but is cheaper ($60 or $70 options). I have the internet security option and have just been billed for the antitrack option. Do I need this as well? If not, I'd like a refund as it is less than 30 days since it was direct debited from my account. If so, and given the reviews I have read, why would I not just purchase the Nortons product and have the one payment to cover all the options I need? I have AVG products installed on my laptop which is my only computer. I do take it with me when I travel and access public wifi in libraries- I am now recently retired.
