Before I installed the AVG software all my files were there I also loaded the protection on my phone separately and files from my phone have also been removed. The titles are there for some of the programs but others like Microsoft office is totally gone. The turbo tax programs are on my computer but the information has been removed.

Yes the AVG Cleaner came up and it keeps erasing my files without letting me see what is being or will be erased it just keeps taking. I have uninstalled it off my computer and I am trying to get it off my phone now
AVG Cleaner always inform about the files it is cleaning.

Since I have uploaded the AVG software my tax records and other sensitive information and software have vanished from my computer and phone. Also Microsoft Windows have been removed without permission. My tax records were from 2003 to current.
