VBS Downloader BBT trojan

Hello. Firstly note that I have very basic computer skills. So need to layman terms.

I constantly get a threat secured message.

"We've moved Yahoo! Powered lesit to your Quarantine because it was infected with VBS:Downloader-BBT [Trj]."

How to fix this?

OS is Windows 10. Have AVG Antivirus free. Software version 20.3.3120

Also, let us know when you receive the threat notification. Is it while browsing or random?
