AVG support through Community channel is available only in English.
From your description, we could see that you are getting popups in your AVG program.
You can turn off the campaign pop ups in the AVG Internet Security settings.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> Settings -> General -> Personal Privacy. Uncheck 'Show offers for other AVG products', 'Shows offers for 3rd party products' and click OK to save the settings.
Regarding the subscription, it isn't recommended to share account/order, personal info over this public post

Ik ben reeds jaren klant met als beveiligning AVG Internet Security
Er komt regelmatig van ACG op de laptop onderaan het beeld dat ik rommel heb, dat ik zichtbaar ben enz.
Nu mijn licentie vervalt op 22 juni 2020
