AVG license renewal
On 10–2-2015 I paid @ 38.99 to your account via Ideal (Global Collect)
Description: 4,867,230,016,989.
so far I have not been notified of it and my PC is not protected.
Still like to renew the license or the amount refund.

Op 10--2-2015 heb ik @38,99 gestort op uw rekening via Ideal (Global collect)
omschrijving: 4867230016989.
tot dusver heb ik daar geen bericht over ontvangen en mijn P.C is dus niet beveiligd.
Graag alsnog verlenging van de licentie of het  bedrag terug storten.
