Version 17.3.3011 Free -- Scheculed Scan

I am also having this problem. The box saying when the last scan took place only changes when I do a manual scan. It will not show when my scheduled scan took place. I have a scan scheduled for 7pm every day, but this box still gives the last manual scan time.  I have absolutely no idea whether my scheduled scans are working or not.

We are sorry to hear that the scheduled scan did not run. We suggest you to run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG and check if that fix this issue.

This version was downloaded to my machine yesterday.
I have set up the Scheduled Scan to run Daily @ 12:00 to scan all Hard-discs.
It is now well past the scan launch time of 12:00 & the scan has not taken place
Please advise solution to problem


OK, I've run the "Repair Function" will now wait until tomorrow to establish if 12:00 hours Scheduled scan runs

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. The scheduled scan will run in background and the scan reports will be available in Scheduled scan settings. The AVG Internet Security interface will only shows the scan report of the manual scan. Please use the following instructions to generate reports of the scheduled scan : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security (Anti-Virus free for free users) -> Click on settings near Scan now -> Schedule scan -> Report file -> Generate file to check the scan reports.

Glad to report that the Scheduled scan ran @12:00
No faults were found
BUT
The box which states "Last Computer Scan" still says "Never" when another part of AVG has advised that a scan took place.
So there is still a slight problem which I think you should investigate

OK, I have now carried out full scan & the box I refered to earlier now says "scan completed 2 hours ago"
So there is now no issue.
