I have already ran the "Repair Function" to try to clear the "Scheduled Scan" problem.
After running the "Repair Function" the Eicar test virus does not go into Quarantine.
I suggest you get your technical staff to review problem before reporting back

New version of AVG installed today, version number 17.4.3014
But this problem of the EICOR virus not going to the Quarantine area still exists
Does this also occur with other virus if/when found?

Have today, 31st May carried out another EICOR test.
The virus found still does not go to the Quarantine arera.
Are you aware that there is still a problem?

Another problem on this new release.
I have just run the "Eicar" Test Virus
I get AVG message that the "Test Virus" has been captured & put into Quarantine.
However looking in the Quarantine area it says "No nastys here"
So I feel there is a problem that requires investigation by yourselves
