Hello Jim, sorry to know that. If you have renewed, it wouldn't automatically update the version by itself. We will have to update it to the latest version manually. They have already released the 2015 version though. Do not worry, please use the following link to install the latest (2015) version in your system : http://files-download.avg.com/inst/av/avg_isc_stb_all_2015_ltst_205.exe . I've provided you the direct link to download. All you have to do it is just click on the link and choose RUN at the bottom and the installation would be initiated. Thank you.
Why is it that when I display "About my AVG"
it displays my version of AVG internet security as 2013, when I have renewed it and paid for AVG internet security 2014?
