Sorry to hear about this. I don't find any active AVG subscriptions in your account. Are you using trial version of AVG Ultimate in your PC? If so, please go to AVG->Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Component->click on 'Customize' option next to Online shield component->uncheck 'Enable Https scanning' and click OK to save changes.
Please check if websites work fine after disabling Https scanning and keep us informed about the status.

Version (new) of AVG Ultimate - is blocked opera and chrome on opened some sites, for example (rbcforex.ru).
