Do you experience this issue on Windows device too? If yes, check if you have AVG Secure VPN installed or not. If you do, turn off VPN connection and verify if the issue is resolved.
i have purchased AVG Ultimate 10 device, after install avg all became slow network and intermittently disconnected.
specially on my AVG Mobile security.( IPhone)

You may experience a slower internet connection when using AVG Secure VPN. This is because a VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server.
Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection. You can also change the location in AVG Secure VPN and check it.
Currently, my laptop already uninstalled anti-track and VPN . So far. Running better .
