May I know if it is AVG AntiVirus free or AVG Internet Security that you installed? I'd request you to disable individual shields in AVG to narrow down if an AVG component is causing this issue.

Ever since I installed AVG my video camera is blocked when I use Google Hangout or Zoom. Very frustrating. The controls within those two programs do not unblock it. So I figure it must be some security setting. Any suggestions?
