The problem only happens on Facebook videos when using AVG Secure browser. It does not happen if I switch to Firefox as the browser.
I have been experieencing the problem for the past couple of weeks.
For some reason this page will not allow me to include a screen shot. When the picture box is selected it is GRAYED OUT and freezes the screen. I will resent this message and screen shot using email.
I have a relatively new Win 10 desktop and am having problems playing most videos on Face Book when using AVG Secure as my main browser. Most times video's will play for a few seconds and then stop and I get an error. Other times the screen will just go black and then return. I do not have this problem when using FireFox, only on AVG Secure. What could be the problem?

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Kindly open AVG Secure Browser - Menu (three dots) >> Settings >> Security & Privacy Policy
Disable the features one by one and check which one is causing this.
