Hi Charles.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
I'd request you to reset AVG Secure Browser to default settings and verify the issue.
Go to ⋮ Menu (three dots) ▸ Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen, and click Advanced.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen again and click Restore settings to their original defaults, then select Reset settings to confirm.
If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the AVG Secure Browser.
I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Had been using the AVG Secure Browser without any problem, but under Windows 10, videos such as YouTube show a double image, jump around, and excessive greens and cyan colors. Unwatchable. The same videos work fine in Chrome. Have a Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD7570 video adapter with 2 GB dedicated memory, using DirectX 10. Any ideas on how to resolve the problem would be appreciated?
On the Settings tab, I turned OFF hardware acceleration. That seems to have solved the problem. Hardware acceleration had been ON under Windows 7 and worked fine. Thank you for your assistance.
